[Cant work out if this means Want passes by, or if Want calls by often! Sort of the opposite meanings! And is it Want as in poverty, or as in greed? I think you need to know more about the language of the 1760's to tell, and even that might not help. Oh for some context! (The continual cry of the archaeologist as well as the folklorist!)]
